Phase 1: Decluttering – a clear space
Be ready to throw out or give away some of your things. Only things that serve a purpose and have a spot will be put back in your space.
Time required: From a half day to 2 days, depending on the amount of decluttering and the number of rooms to be decluttered.
Price: starting at 75 $ (see notes 1 and 4)
Phase 2: Organizing – a useful space
Optimize your space. Organization and storage solution: bins, shelves, small furniture, storing and labeling, archiving, packing, moving preparation.
Time required: From a half day to 1 day depending on the amount of decluttering and the number of rooms to be decluttered.
Price: between 50$ and 150$, plus expenses (office supplies)
Phase 3: Decorating – a pretty space
Breathe new life into your space. Painting, decorating, and custom-made or store bought furniture and accessories.
Time required: From a half day to 2 days, depending on the project.
Price: between 15$ and 30$ per hour depending on suppliers, plus expenses (paint, supplies, furniture)
Conditions
- Your space must be clean. For emergency cleaning, add 50$ per half day.
- Your space must be non smoker and pet free.
- Your space must be in the Brome-Missisquoi area. Clients living on the South Shore or in the Sherbrooke area must add 30$ per visit.
- You must dispose of items yourself. We may do it for you free of charge if you sign our release form.
